Work Team

Corey Gilbert

Senior Developer

Corey's interest in programming began in high school, where he built websites as a hobby. He continued his education at the University of Cincinnati. Upon graduating, he returned there as an adjunct professor, teaching technology courses.

He began his professional career while in college, working for an international manufacturing facility. In that position he was the lead for many projects, seeing them through from design to deployment. These projects included enhancements to point of sale systems, lab information management systems and shipping programs.

Wanting to expand his knowledge and use newer technologies, Corey began working for a web development firm. He worked with various companies of all sizes, developing solutions that met their needs. He has been developing web solutions in excess of 10 years.

David Smith

Developer

David joined Webpoint Interactive in 2014. Since then, he has worked with multiple clients across a wide range of technologies: from Classic ASP to modern ASP.NET MVC websites, from Access 97 applications to Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) applications.

He is particularly passionate about Microsoft's Dynamics CRM, and possesses three Microsoft certications in regards to it: "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application", "Microsoft Dynamics Customization and Configuration in CRM 2013", and "Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013".

David looks forward to continuing to use and build upon his knowledge of the .NET framework, modern JavaScript frameworks, and software development best practices.

Jim Hobbs

Developer

The first computer program Jim ever wrote was a small game including a character running through a maze and dodging obstacles. Amazed at the power of creation that he found at his finger tips, he wanted to learn all he can in the realm of computer programming.

Jim is currently finishing up his coop program from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. Majoring in Business Programming and Analysis (BPA) he hopes to be involved in projects to further his knowledge of how technology shapes the industries and lives of today's world.

His dream goal is to one-day be able to create, with a computer, any technology he desires. From video games, to business applications, he simply wants to create. And most importantly, see his creations being used and appreciated in as many lives as possible.
